By enrolling in a subscription, you will have a download limit, which resets each month at the end of each billing cycle. With our monthly (no contract) subscription, you can cancel anytime.

You will have a certain downloads limit per month. You can monitor and track from your dashboard under the your plans information. Once you reach the limit, you will not be able to download extra items till the next month.

However, downloading the same item several times during the same month will be considered as a single download and it will not be duplicated.

Our auto renewal feature ensures that your subscription automatically renews so you maintain uninterrupted service. Subscriptions renew once the subscription duration expires after a month.

An individual account provides access for only one person to license, download, and use content.

If you work on a team or in a company setting, a team subscription or Enterprise account would be the best fit for you. Please contact us and we would be happy to help you find the right plan.

Ran out of your monthly downloads or need more or less downloads on a regular basis? We understand things change. You can always cancel the current plan and subscribe to another one and it will be activated immediately. Please note that you will have both plans running till the expiry of the old one. But the new one will be your new downloads limit.

You are free to cancel at any time by clickling cancel beside your subscription in your account dashboard. Since you have already paid for the monthly subscription at the beginning of the billing cycle, you will still be able to use your remaining downloads until the end of your billing cycle.

Generally, PicklesBucket does not refund purchases once the payment goes through. We can refund purchases made within the first 7 days, provided you haven’t used any downloads. After 7 days or once a plan is used, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
